From Exposition, select View exhibitor information, open an exposition, double-click an exhibitor, click More, select AR Ledger, and double-click a transaction

Description
Displays the name of the exposition.
Charges
Displays the total charges of the transaction.
Credits
Displays the total credits of the transaction.
Balance
Displays the total balance of the transaction.
To view an exhibitor's ledger
1. Open the Accounts Receivable window:
□ From
Exposition, select View
exhibitor information to open the
View
exhibitor information window.
□ Click Open to display the Exposition Search window, and double-click an exposition.
□ Double-click an exhibitor to open the Exhibitor Information window.
□ Click More and select AR Ledger.
2. Double-click a line item to open the Transaction Ledger window and view the details of the transaction.
